LifeStyles will not, for any reason, share, sell or make known your personal information such as name, address, phone or purchasing habits to any other organization, mailing house or retailer. Shipping Lead Time:
In stock items will be shipped immediately. Items not in stock will be ordered from the manufacturer. The estimated lead time for items ordered from the manufacturer is 12-14 business days from the date we receive your order.  Some larger items may be shipped via freight line and take longer to receive. Since we ship from multiple distribution centers, items ordered may arrive at separate times.  
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee any delivery times or specific days. Please do not schedule contractors until products arrive. Items are billed in full at the time of your order.

We strive to accurately portray all of the products on our website. Unfortunately, due to computer and monitor differences, we can not guarantee that all photos represent the exact shade of color or finish of the product. We would like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.  In addition, we make every effort to insure the accuracy of the descriptions, capabilities and features of our products, however we are human and occasionally make mistakes. (And like a good politician we don't take responsibility errors.)

Sales Tax:
There is no sales tax added on orders shipped outside of
Oklahoma or Texas. Oklahoma and Texas shipments are subject to sales tax.

Free Shipping: 
Let's be honest, nothing is really free.  However, orders that qualify for "free shipping" are those sent via UPS Ground service within the continental United States. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping are international orders, orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
  All items shipped UPS are indicated as “leave without signature”. Therefore, if no one is home, and the driver feels it is a safe area, he will leave the package by the front door. If you would like the package to be left elsewhere, or wish for a signature to be required, please indicate this at the time of your order.

You may return your items to us within 21 days from the date of receipt for a full refund less a 25% restocking fee, provided that the item has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective:
Your order left our warehouse in good condition.  When you receive it, if the carton is damaged, crushed or dented then the chances are good that the product is too.  You should immediately file a claim with the shipping company.  LifeStyles is not responsible for shipping damage caused by the shipper or your brother-in-law when he ran over it in your driveway.  On the other hand, if the item doesn't work as a result of a manufacturing defect, then LifeStyles will step up and replace the item, or give you a full refund without too much of a hassle.  Click here to see our LIFETIME WARRANTY.
